Shipping information
At Just Design & Wear, we know you're excited to receive your DTF transfers! That's why we work hard to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Here's what you need to know:
- Shipping Speed: Transfers ship within 48 hours of placing your order!
- Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping to get your transfers to you reliably. For local customers, we also offer convenient local pickup in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
Returns & cancellations
Because of the nature of our DTF transfers, we have a strict policy regarding returns and cancellations:
- No Returns or Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our DTF transfers.
- No Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you've carefully reviewed your order before submitting it.
